Initial Assessment

In order to ensure that classes are appropriate for all participants, each client will be assessed prior to joining group classes. Together we will decide which class or program is best for you.

Insurance

Official receipts will be provided for all classes and sessions. Note that insurance coverage varies by provider and participants are responsible for insurance submissions. We do not guarantee acceptance or reimbursement by insurance providers

1:1 Sessions Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of 1:1 Physiotherapy Assessments and Sessions.  We understand that life happens but if you are feeling out of sorts please let us know in advance. Should a scheduled session be cancelled after this time or if a client does not show up to a scheduled session the full amount for that session will be billed to them. 

Group Class Payment/Cancellation

Once initiated group class fees are charged monthly on the 1st of each month. If you would like to cancel your monthly charge you must provide notice one week prior to the end of the previous month or the full charge will be applied for the next months classes.
